PREMIER MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT, RENEWAL AND INFORMATION
- $299.00 x 4.712% Enrollment includes Primary Membership for 2 people of the same household 25+ years of age.
- Members cannot be rotated out for new members in order to receive benefits.
- Club benefits begin immediately upon enrollment and run 12-months from date of enrollment.
- Benefits cannot be gifted to another traveler outside of its Membership. Renter must be on the Membership.
- If dues have been paid and not utilized, carefully consider membership for the following year; no refunds will be issued.
- Annual renewal must be paid prior to your expiration date in order to receive the Renewal rate of $125.00 x 4.712%. Renewal is not automatic.
- Membership can be paid in advance up to 2-years.
- 1-year $125.00 (USD)
- 2-year $225.00 (USD)
- If Primary Member Cancels Membership, all associated Membership will be terminated.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION & CONDITIONS
Membership is available to all qualifying adults minimum 25+ years of age, minimum car rental age requirement
- Elite Kauai Car Rental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse Membership to any applicant and may be terminated without cause.
- Elite Kauai Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time. Offers cannot be combined with previous discounts or any coupons and cannot be applied to a previous or existing rental reservation. Cancel and re-book is not permissible. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Advance bookings are recommended.
- Membership and member pricing will be amended from time to time without individual notification but will be advertised here on our site.
- Membership is for a one year, 12-month period from date of enrollment.
- There are no blackout dates, no rollovers.
- Coupons and/or promotions cannot be combined unless promoted otherwise.
- Reservations based on availability; recommended booking window 9-months, 1 year during Peak time.
- Rental rates fluctuate to reflect market compatibility, supply and demand. Rates can only be guaranteed at the time of reservation, prepaid in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
- You may cancel your E.K.CAR Premier Membership for a full refund within your first 60-days of enrollment. If you or those assigned to your membership have accessed benefits prior or at the time of your request, Membership cancellation will be approved however, no refunds will be applied.
