Club Membership

E.K.CAR EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT, RENEWAL AND ASSOCIATION

• $299.00 Enrollment includes Primary Club Member + up to 2 additional Members of the same family 21+ years of age.

• Added Members are a courtesy and cannot be rotated out for new members until renewal date.

• Club benefits begin immediately upon enrollment.
• Benefits to accumulate.
• Benefits cannot be gifted to another traveler outside of its Membership. If dues have been paid and not utilized, carefully consider membership for the following year; no refunds will be issued.

• Annual renewal of $199.00 is not automatic.

• If Primary Member Cancels Membership, all associated Membership(s) will be terminated.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

Membership is available to all qualifying adults minimum 21+ years of age, minimum car rental age requirement (Youthful Surcharge will still apply)

• Elite Kauai Car Rental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse Membership to any applicant and may be terminated without cause. 

• Elite Kauai Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time. Offers cannot be combined with previous discounts and cannot be applied to a previous or existing rental reservation. Cancel and re-book is not permissible. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. 

• Membership and member pricing will be amended from time to time without notice.  

• Membership is for a one year, 12-month period from date of enrollment.

• There are no blackout dates.

• Coupons and/or promotions cannot be combined unless promoted otherwise.

• Reservations based on availability; recommended booking window 9-months, 1-year during extreme Peak time. 

• Member pricing fluctuates to reflect market compatibility, supply and demand. Rate can only be guaranteed at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel your E.K.CAR Club Membership for a full refund within your first 30-days of enrollment. If you or those assigned to your membership have accessed benefits prior or at the time of your request, Membership cancellation will be approved however, no refunds will be applied.
